3. Appointment Booking

The Site allows you to schedule a free IT consultation or assessment through TidyCal, a third-party booking platform. Booking an appointment does not create a binding service agreement between you and KairosMSP. A formal service agreement will only exist when a separate written contract is executed by both parties.

KairosMSP reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of KairosMSP or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from KairosMSP.

KairosMSP does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. KairosMSP’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
