How fast do you respond to support requests?
Our target is under one hour for acknowledgment on all requests, with critical issues treated as immediate priority. Response time SLAs are defined in your agreement and tracked, not just promised.
How do I submit a support request?
Through your dedicated support portal, by email, or by phone. During onboarding we set up whichever intake method works best for your team, and we make sure every person on your team knows how to use it.
What happens after an issue is resolved?
Every resolved ticket is documented and closed with a plain-English summary. Recurring issues trigger a root cause review, we flag patterns and address them systematically rather than waiting for the next incident.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks. The timeline depends on the size of your environment and how quickly we can schedule access. We move at your pace, but we don’t drag it out.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We offer agreements with cost benefits for longer commitments, but we don’t force you into a contract. We prove ourselves every month, and if we’re not delivering, you should be free to say so.
